His diverse career spans working both in Corporate and Academia. He holds a Doctorate in Business Management and a postgraduate degree in Marketing and HRM. He is a certified Innovation Ambassador by the Ministry of Education and AICTE India. He has led various client acquisition and service delivery projects in the area of IT, Training, Recruitment and Skilling. He is an avid speaker at various national forums. He currently serves as Faculty in the School of Management and Commerce at Manav Rachna University, India.
