Dr Ajay Bhatia is an accomplished Management professional with overall 33+ years of rich experience, including 28+ years in the corporate sector across public sector and foreign multinational companies, and the last 5+ years in Academics. He holds a Doctorate degree in Management, post-graduation degrees in Statistics and HRM, and a degree in law. He is also a certified Trainer, OD Analyst, Coach and Counsellor.

He has had in-depth exposure in most facets of Employee Life Cycle Management while successfully executing diverse leadership roles in the past at the local and global level, as a generalist, specialist, business partner, consultant, and a coach.  He currently serves as Visiting Faculty of Management at Bennett University.
